Prior to CVS, she served as CEO of Aon Health Solutions, Latin America and as Global COO of Aon Health Solutions, focused on innovating and optimizing employer benefits design, distribution, and administration. Earlier in her career, Violetta was a Managing Director and Partner at BCG, advising companies on growth, innovation and transformation. She brings a passion for improving health costs, outcomes and experiences and for bridging gaps across healthcare. Violetta serves on the Board of BP, a leading health system in Brazil.
