Patrick is a cybersecurity and technology executive with more than two decades of hands-on leadership across the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, he has operated at the intersection of national security, cyber intelligence, and technology. He led cybersecurity and counterterrorism analyst teams for the US government and private sector clients across the US and Middle East before co-founding TruSTAR, a cyber intelligence management platform that was acquired by Splunk. Following the acquisition, Patrick served as SVP, GTM at Splunk through Splunk’s acquisition by Cisco in 2024 where he now leads Splunk's GTM strategy, integration planning and specialist sales. He advises and invests in early stage companies that advance and improve the digital resilience of the nation, the enterprise and the individual in the face of an ever-changing threat landscape.
